Ingredients:
1 Cup Fresh Coconut
1/2 Cup Peanut/shengdana (Soaked in warm water for 3-4 hours)
5-6 Green Chillies or as per taste
1-2 Garlic cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
6-8 Curry leaves/ Kadhipatta
1 tbs finely chopped Coriander leaves
1 tsp Cumin/Jeera
1/2 tsp Mustard seed/ Rai
2 tsp oil for tempering
Salt as per taste

Method:
Cut the coconut in small peices. Add Peanuts, Green chillies, 3-4 Kadhipatta, Garlic, Ginger, salt and grind it together to make paste. add little water, it will help to grind all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed. Once they splutter add Cumin and Curry leaves and turn off  heat. Pour over chutney, add coriander and mix well.

Chutney is ready to be served with Appe, Idalies.

Tip:
You can add 2 tbp Curd/Dahi, it will give nice and sour taste.
