Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine.Pasta, especially whole wheat pasta, is known to have several health benefits. Whole wheat contains considerable amounts of minerals such as magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, selenium and manganese. Minerals are important for the body because they help with the structure of bones, regulate heart beat, maintain muscle, and take part in regulating cell growth.

Another benefit of eating pasta is that it provides niacin (Vitamin B3). This vitamin is essential for bodily functions such as converting carbohydrates into glucose, which produces energy for the body.The amount of protein in pasta depends on the type of flour used to manufacture it. If it is made from durum wheat, the pasta contains protein and gluten. Pasta is considered to be a good source of nutrition for vegetarians because it contains protein comprising six of the nine essential amino acids.

Pasta is generally a simple dish, but comes in large varieties because it is a versatile food item. There are many types and sizes of pasta and it also has different methods to cook.
I tried to make pasta more delicious and healthy. I hope you guys will like it 🙂

2 Cup macaroni pasta (you can use any pasta)
5-6 Garlic cloves(you can change quantity as how you like garlic taste)
1/4 Onion sliced
1 Capsicum(any color)
1 Carrot
5-6 Green beans cut into 1/2 inch
1 Cup Cabbage/ Patta gobhi(opyional)
2 Tbs Butter(or any oil)
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbs Olive oil/butter
salt as per taste

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente or cook according to package instruction; drain pasta.

Take cloves of garlic and put it over coil directly on medium heat, roast it (change side to get roasted evenly)and cut it in small pieces.

In a skillet heat butter on medium high heat. Add beans and let it cook for 10 min as it takes long to cook. Add onions, increase heat little more, saute  for while. Now add carrots and capsicum cook it for 2-4 min( don’t cook completely).

add little salt then add cabbage saute it for 30 sec, now add black pepper powder and pasta. Add chopped Garlic and Olive oil,  mix well. Remove from the heat and enjoy your pasta .
