Another version of Sabudana vada which made in a healthy way…..

Ingredients:

1 Cup Sabudana/sago(washed and soaked overnight or atleast 4-6 hours)
1 Medium size potato (boiled, peeled & mashed)
3-4 green chilies finely chopped or paste
2-3 tbp roasted cushed peanuts/peanut powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp cumin/jeera(optional)
1tbp Coriander finely chopped
oil(any)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except oil.

Preheat oven on 400 F/ 205ºC. Place a aluminum foil, brush with oil. Take 1 drop of oil/ water on palm and make small balls(smaller than golf ball), make patties and place on baking sheet leaving 2 inch space in between them. brush little oil on surface of patties and bake for 30-40 min till all sides gets golden color(flip the sides after every 15 min).
Sabudana vadas are ready, serve with tomato ketchup, shengdana/peanut chutney, coconut chutney , Curd or just plain.

Tip:
1)Cooking time can be changed, as oven temperature varies.
