Ingredients:
1 Cup Peanut/shengdana (Soaked in warm water for 3-4 hours)
5-6 Green Chillies or as per taste
1 tbs finely chopped Coriander leaves
2 tbs curd/dahi
1 tsp Cumin/Jeera (optional)
2 tsp oil for tempering
Salt as per taste

Method:
Soak the peanuts for 3-5 hours in warm water , you can use fresh peanuts too. Drain water , take peanuts, Green chilies, curd,  salt and grind it together to make paste. add little water, it will help to grind all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan, add Cumin let it splutter, turn off  heat. Pour over chutney, add coriander and mix well.

Chutney is ready to be served with Sabudana vada, Appe, Sabudana Thalipeeth,Idalies.

Tip:
You can add 1-2 tsp sugar, it will give a nice taste.
