2 Cups Rice
1 Cups Bengal gram/Chana dal
1/2 cup yellow Moong dal
1/2 Cup split Udad dal(white)
1/4 Cup Coriander seed
1-4 Tbsp Cumin seeds

Wash rice drain all water and let it dry in shade(you can use fan), don’t dry in direct sunlight! Wash all dals, drain and let it dry too in shade same as rice.
Now dry roast all the ingredients separately untill golden brown on medium heat. let it cool, mix it and grind to fine powder(you can use flour mill which is easily available in India), I used mixer so it was little coarse .
Chakalichi bhajani is ready to make chakali. Store in a air tight container for 4-5 months.
