1 ripe Avacado
2-3 green chillies minced/paste
salt as per taste
2 Tsp Olive oil
1-1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Peel the avocado and remove all pulp and mash it with fork/potato masher or simply by hand. add chili paste, salt, lemon juice mix well. now add olive oil and mix well.
Serve as a dip/spread.
1) You can add finely chopped onion too, it tastes nice.
2) If its still turning black add more lemon juice.
3) Place the whole seed of avocado inside the guacamole, it will also prevent it to turning black.
