5-6 Chicken drumstick(with or without skin)
1/2 cup thick yogurt
2 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 Tbsp Butter chicken masala
2 Tsp garam masala
1 Tsp Shaan Jafrani garam masala
2 tsp Turmeric
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 inch of Ginger
1-2 Tsp oil
salt as per taste
Preheat oven to 375 F. make a Ginger-Garlic paste.
Wash drumstick, drain all water and make 2-3 cuts on each drumstick using knife. In a bowl take drumsticks, add ginger garlic paste and apply to all drumstick using spatula or hand, now add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and marinate it for 30 min to 1 hour.
Now take a greased baking pan, place all the drumsticks. and bake for 30 minute. Now change side of all drumstick and again cook for 30 minutes or until all juices run clear.
then put the knob on broiler for 450 F, and cook it for 3-4 minuted for nice and crispy layer.
Serve hot with raitaa or as it is.
1) Broiler step is optional.
2) One can sprinkle some sliced onions and coriander leaves on the chicken before putting in the oven.
3) One can use chicken breast too.
