3/4 of uncooked spaghetti(I had 16oz packet, so I took 10-12oz)
1 1/2 shredded Zucchini(you can use yellow zucchini/summer squash too)
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
2-3 Tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1-4 Tsp Black pepper powder
2 dry red chilies
salt as per test
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese(you can add more if you like)(optional)

Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions. In a pan heat olive oil, add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute, add chilies saute for 30 sec and add shredded zucchini cook for 4 minutes steering continuously. Now add lemon zest  and toss pasta, mix well. sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and cheese.
