Ingredients:
1 Pomfret cut into medium peices
2-3 Cloves of Gralic
1/2 Inch Ginger
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp or more red chilli powder
Pinch of Asefoetida
2 Tsp lemon juice
salt as per taste
2 Tbsp fine sooji
1 Tbsp Oil

Method:
Wash the pieces of fish and drain all water. Make ginger garlic paste, In a bowl take all the pieces, add turmeric, salt, asefoetida, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. apply to all pieces, add lemon juice & toss the fish.
In a plate take sooji, dip one piece and set aside, continue the proccess for all peices. In a frying pan heat oil on medium high, now place the pieces carefully and shallow fry them for 10 min on medium heat, change the sides and fry again for 10-12 min. fry them from all sides, after done keep it on very low heat for 5-10 min for crispiness .

Garnish with Coriander leaves, onion. Sprinkle some lemon juice and serve hot.
