220-250 gm spaghetti
12-15 peeled and cleaned Prawns
4-5 Garlic cloves minced
1/4 Tsp Red chili flakes/ Garlic chutney (you can change portion as per your taste)
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp chopped fresh celery (I used)
Juice & zest of half lemon
1/2 Cup White wine(Optional)
2 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Olive oil
1 red chilli(optional)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Marinate all prawns with salt and turmeric, lemon juice and set aside. Meanwhile cook pasta as per instruction (boil water , add some salt ..add pasta and cook till al dente) drain and keep aside.
In a pan take butter, add garlic and saute for a while then add prawns, red chilli and cook for few minutes on low flame. add 3/4 of chopped celery/parsley, add red chili flakes saute for 15 sec, now toss the pasta, pour white wine and let it cook for 5 min. now add lemon juice, zest and remaining celery/parsley, pour olive oil and mix well.
Sprinkle some basil, italian herb and serve hot.
1) Wine is optional, you can just skip the wine in method and continue with other ingredients.
2) You can sprinkle some herb mix for more taste and nice aroma.
3)One can use garlic chutney instead of chili flakes.
