Ingredients:
1 Cup Mango puree
1 Cup Whipping cream/ or fresh cream
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp unflavored gelatin soaked in 2 Tbsp water
or
2 Tsp Agar Agar powder soaked in 2 Tbsp water

Method:
In a heavy bottomed bowl whip the cream and sugar together using hand blender till it gets soft peak. mean while microwave the gelatin for 30 sec and let it cool. now add it to mango pure and mix well. now gently fold the mango-gelatin mixture into whipping cream. mix well.
Transfer the mixture to another bowl or serving dish, garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries or tutti frutti keep  refrigerate till it sets(at least 2-3 hours).

Tips:
1) If using agar agar powder, warm the water and stir till it becomes clear solution.
