1 cup butter(room temperature)
1/4- 1/2 cup powdered/granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
1-2 Tbsp milk(if necessary)


Beat butter in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Add sugar, milk and vanilla extract and mix well till it gets light and fluffy .

1) Keep bowl and whisk attachments in freezer in hot days or very humid place.
2) I used less than 1/2 cup sugar as I don’t like very sweet or sugary flavor.
3)Check consistency, if you like more softness you can add more milk by 1 tbsp at a time.
