Ingredients:

8-10 Ladyfingers (bhendi)
4 Tbsp Gram flour (besan)
3-4 Garlic cloves(paste)
1 medium Onion thinly sliced
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/2Tsp Dry mango powder (amchur)
Salt as per taste
2 Tbsp Oil
Method:
Wash and dry ladyfingers and thinly slice in desired shape. In pan heat oil, add cumin seeds and garlic paste, sauthe for 30 sec, or until garlic leaves raw flavor, add onion and saute till onion soft.
Add bhindi, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. mix well and cook on low heat for 3-4 min(stirring occasionally). Add besan and toss to mix well. add amchur powder, mix well and cover it for 3-4 min or till bhendi gets done.
