Ingredients:

2 Bunch of methi leaves
4 Tbsp Gram flour (besan)
4-8 Garlic cloves(paste)
1 medium Onion thinly sliced (optional)
2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Red chilli powder or
4-5 green chillies
1/2Tsp Dry mango powder (amchur)
Salt as per taste
2 Tbsp Oil
pinch of asefoetida
Method:
Pick and wash methi leaves. In pan heat oil, add cumin seeds and garlic paste, saute for 30 sec, or until garlic leaves raw flavor, add onion and saute till onion soft. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and asefoetida. mix well and add methi leaves, salt, saute on low heat for 1-2 min(stirring occasionally). Add besan and mix well. add amchur powder, mix well and cover it for 6-7 min or till methi leaves gets done. Sprinkle some water if its get dry and sticks at bottom.
