Peanut powder is used in maharashtrian dishes, to add crunchiness or to thickens the gravies. It can be made in advance and can be store for future uses.

Ingredients:
2 Cup Peanuts

Method:
Roast peanut in a pan on low heat till gets slightly golden color(stirring continuously). Let it cool,  then take off the skin of peanuts by rubbing them in your palm  and ground coarsely in a mixer grinder.

Another method is…
Roast the peanuts in microwave on high heat for 3-5 min, stirring occasionaly. and then follow the above procedure to make powder.
