1/2 Cup dry grated coconut
3-4 cloves of garlic
2-3 Kashmiri red chillies halve and deseeded (or as per spiciness you want)
salt as per taste
Roast the coconut on low flame till slightly golden and stirring continuously. let it cool. roast the chillies on low flame for 30 sec. Now take all the ingredients and grind it in mixer to make powder. Do not make fine powder,grind it coarsely.
1) If not using kashmiri red chillies, you can use normal dried red chillies or even red chilli powder.
2) store in air tight containers. you can also refrigerate for longer use.
