very simple, easy and tasty recipe for daily cooking or party.
Serves:2 people
Ingredients:

3 Cups Cauliflower florets
1/4 Cup green peas(fresh/frozen)
4-5 garlic cloves (make paste in mortar and pestel)
1/2 Tsp cumin
1 1/2 Tsp red chili powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
pinch of asefoetida/hing
salt as per taste
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil

Method:

Cut and wash cauliflower, Wash green peas separately. Heat oil in a kadhai on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and garlic paste, saute till garlic leaves its raw smell. now add  green peas, saute for 40-50 sec. Add turmeric, hing and chili powder and cauliflower. add salt, mix well and cover it. Cook for 12-14 min or till cauliflower gets done.
Garnish with coriander and serve with roti,chapati.

Tips:
1) Do not overcook cauliflower, it won’t taste good.
2) Do no t add water, as it will be cooked in its own steam.
3) If its sticking at bottom , sprinkle very little water and cover it again.
