Ingredients:
250 gms Fresh Bhindi/Bhendi/Okra
2 Tbsp chickpea flour
1 Tsp rice flour (optional)
1 Tsp ajwain (ova)
1 tsp Cumin coriander seed powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp amchur powder
1/2 Tsp garlic powder(optional)
Salt as per taste
1 Tbsp cooking oil

Method:
Preheat oven 350F/175 C
wash and dry bhindi completely. remove the stalk and cut bhindi into thin long slices. In a big bowl, take sliced bhindi and add oil. toss bhindi to get coatwith oil, now add all the dry ingredients. mix well until the bhindi get coated completely. marinate for 15-20 min.
Now place all the marinated bhindi evenly into baking tray lined with foil. and bake for 30-40 min while turning sides (time varies per thickness). take out the tray and mix well and broil for 2 min on 350F.
Serve hot with curd, gaucamole or any dipping sauce.

Tip:
1. Make sure you dry bhindi completely.
2) you can add extra amchur powder for more tangy flavour.
