Ingredients:
250 gms Fresh Bhindi/Bhendi/Okra
2 Tbsp chickpea flour
1 Tsp rice flour (optional)
1 Tsp ajwain (ova)
1 tsp Cumin coriander seed powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp amchur powder
1/2 Tsp garlic powder(optional)
Salt as per taste
oil for frying

Method:
wash and dry bhindi completely. remove the stalk and cut bhindi into thin long slices. In a big bowl, take sliced bhindi and add oil. toss bhindi to get coat with oil, now add all the dry ingredients. mix well until the bhindi get coated completely. marinate for 15-20 min.
Heat oil in a pan, fry bhindi in small portion on medium to high heat until they become crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with curd, gaucamole or any dipping sauce.

Tips:
1. Make sure you dry bhindi copletely.
2) you can add extra amchur powder for more tangy flavour.
