Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava
1 Small onion or 1/2 Big onion (finely chopped)
2-3 chopped Green chillies or as per spicy you want
1/4 Cup or less green peas (optional)
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Rai/Mustard seeds
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Peanuts
few kadhipatta/Cury leaves
2 1/4 Cups warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Optional)
1/2 Tbsp Sugar/Jaggery powder (Optional)
salt as per taste

Method:
In a pan add oil and fry peanuts till they gets golden color, remove from oil and set aside, make tempering with Rai, cumin seed, and kahdhipatta. Now add green chillies, green peas, onions. Saute untill onion gets transparent and green peas gets cook. Add turmeric, rava, peanuts, Saute for 30 sec- 1 minute and add water, salt, lemon juice, and Jaggery, mix well. Close the lid  and cook for 1-2 minute on medium low heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
