Ingredients:
1 Cup Shevaya/Vermicelli  (I used store bought)
1 Small onion or 1/2 Big onion (finely chopped)
2-3 Green chillies or as per spicy you want
1/4 Cup or less green peas
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Rai/Mustard seeds
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Peanuts
few kadhipatta/Cury leaves
5 Cups warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tbsp Sugar/Jaggery powder

Method:
In a pot take water, let it boil and add Shevaya. let it cook for 3-4 minutes or untill get soft on medium heat. Then take off from gas and pour into strainer to remove excess water and set aside. In a pan add oil and fry peanuts till they gets golden color, remove from oil and set aside. Make tempering with Rai, cumin seed, and kahdhipatta. Now add green chillies, green peas, onions. Saute untill onion gets transparent and green peas gets cook.  Add turmeric, mix well. Add vermicilli, peanuts, salt, lemon juice, and Jaggery.  Mix well and close the lid, cook for 1 minute on medium low heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot with some curd/dahi or just as it is.
