One my all time favorite dish which is sweet and sour in taste. The sweetness of mango, sourness of lemon, the sweet but unique flavour of red bell pepper and buttery flavour of avacado compliments each other in a delicious and healthy way.
1 ripped mango, peeled and diced
2 Avacado, peeled and diced
1 Tomato diced
2-3 Tbsp Chopped red onion
½ Red bell pepper/capsicum, diced into very small pieces
1 -2 Tsp Lemon juice
1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
salt for taste
1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped very finely (optional)
Cut Mango, avocado, tomato, onion, red bell pepper in desired shape.
Add lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves. Sprinkle black pepper powder, Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 min or overnight.
