1 Cup Sprouted moong beans
½ Cup oats
1/2 cup Curd
2-3 red chilies
2 garlic cloves
¼ inch of ginger
1 Tsp coriander cumin powder (optioonal)
½ Tsp cumin seeds
1-2 Tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (optional)
water as needed

In a mixer jar take all the ingredients except coriander leaves and oil. Grind it to medium coarse paste, add water if needed (the consistency of batter should be not very thick or watery). Set aside and add coriander leaves.
Heat appe pan on medium low heat, add few drops of oil in each section of appe pan to avoid sticking, pour beans-oats batter in each section. Cook till it gets nice golden color and becomes crispy. Turn to another side and cook same. If needed cover the lid for 1-2 min.
and Serve hot with tomato ketchup, Curd, coconut peanut chutney or just as it is.
