Ingredients:
250 Gm long green beans (washed and cut into small)
2-3 garlic cloves (crushed)
½ finely chopped onion
½ Tsp cumin seeds
1-1 ½ Tsp red chili powder
1 Tbsp oil
¼ Tsp turmeric
pinch of asefoetida
salt for taste
2 Tbsp peanut powder
coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
In a pan take ½ cup water, add little salt and boil beans until it gets half cooked(drain water). In a pan heat oil and make tempering with cumin seed, add crushed garlic till garlic became pink and its raw smell goes, add onion and cook till it gets soft and pink. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric, asefoetida, give a stir and add boiled green beans. Cover it and cook for 2-3 min. add salt if needed, add peanut powder. Cover it again and Let it cook for 2 min or till beans get cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti ,papad.
