1 ripped mango, peeled and diced
1 Tomato diced
2-3 Tbsp Chopped red onion
½ Red bell pepper/capsicum, diced into very small pieces
1 -2 Tsp Lemon juice
1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
salt for taste
1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped very finely (optional)
Cut Mango, tomato, onion, red bell pepper in desired shape.
Add lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves. Sprinkle black pepper powder, Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 min or overnight.
