In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli, tossing often and cook for 2 to 4 minutes (remember, we dnt want to cook till it gets tender or mushy, we want its crispinees). Sprinkle some salt, Italian herb mix and black pepper powder. Toss well.
Enjoy with any dip or as it is.
