It’s not really summer until you’ve enjoyed a big slice of watermelon.
Very refreshing, colorful, low calorie and healthy juice is full of antioxidants and vitamins A and C. Add to that the de-bloating properties of mint, and you’ve found yourself the go-to health elixir of the season!
The color, the freshness, the spongy, sink-your-teeth-into-it texture is perfect for summer season. I like it to carry frozen to one day trip.

Ingredients:
Half of Small watermelon(wash watermelon, remove flesh and keep aside)
6-8 Fresh mint leaves
1/2 Tsp Black rock salt
1/2 Lemon(extract the juice)
Pinch of normal salt
1-2 Tsp Sugar (if needed)
4-6 Ice cubes
lemon wedges For garnishing

Method:
Take all ingredients into blender and blend till its nice and smooth. Add sugar if needed, add ice cubes and blend it again. Pour into glasses, garnish with Mint and lemon wedges and serve cooled.
