250 Gm paneer (washed and Cut into cubes)
¾ red tomato, finely chopped
1 Bay leaf
½ Tsp cumin seeds
1 ½ Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp Red chili powder
1 ½-2 Tsp butter chicken masala(honestly, I don’t feel any difference in between shahi paneer masala and butter chicken masala)
½ Inch Garam masala
1 ¼ Cup fresh cream
pinch of jafrani garam masala
salt for taste
2 Tbsp oil
½ cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
Chopeed coriander leaves for garnish

Hot oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and saute till garlic leaves its raw smell. Add chopped tomatoes, cook till tomatoes gets mashed and leaves oil from sides. add bay leaf, all masalas , mix well and add chopped paneer. Aad salt for taste, Cover and cook for 8- 10 min. Now add fresh cream, add water and cook for 3 min. Add sugar, sprinkle jafrani garam masala, mix well and cook for another 2-3 min.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti, chapati or with naan.
