Well its not exactly gravy as it has more liquid. This a perfect recipe for daily making and takes less time too, but it goes and also taste nice with millet roti/ bajarichi bhakari, chapati or even rice too.

Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Methi leaves/Fenugrrek leaves
1/2 Tsp cumin
2-3 Green chilies (or as per taste)
3 Garlic cloves(make paste)
Pinch of asefoetida
4-5 Tbsp of Coarsely grinded peanut powder
1 1/2 Cup water
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt for taste

Method:
Pluck and wash methi leavesin runny water. heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic paste saute, green chilies and saute till garlic leaves it raw smell. now add asefoetida, washed methi leaves saute for 2 min on low flame. now add water , salt mix well, cover it for another 5 minutes. Add peanut powder, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes, or till gravy tickens a bit. serve hot with roti, bajarichi bhakari , uarad papad and enjoy 🙂

Tips:
1)One can change the spiciness by their needs. also the amount of chilies is depends on the spiciness of chilies and also the size of bunch.
2) you can add, decrease the amount of water to get desired consistency.
