Spicy green chutney is perfect for any appetizer, chat 🙂 or even fasting too as we are not adding ginger, onion in it.

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Mint
1/4 Cup Coriander
1-2 Green chilies (depend on spiciness)
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Inch ginger
black salt/salt for taste
lemon juice of  1/4 lemon

Method:
In a blender take all the ingredients except lemon juice and grind it to a smooth paste. Check for salt, add lemon juice, mix well. Store in a air tight container and refrigerate it.

Tip:
1)One can use only mint/ coriander to make chutney.
2) lemon juice prevents chutney from turning black.
