Another favourite thing of mine…..

Method:
1 Cup cooked garbanzo beans (around 1/4 cup dry garbanzo beans soaked overnight and then cooked )
2 Tbsp Tahini sauce
1 1/2 Cloves of garlic
Juice of 1/4 lemon
salt for taste
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
2-3 Tbsp olive oil

Method:
In a blender, Take all the ingredients except olive oil. Blend till it becomes smooth paste. Remove in serving plate, sprinkle little red chili powder, and olive oil.
Hummus can be enjoyed as dip, spread for chips, burger, fritters.

Tips:
1) For cooking garbanzo beans, please refer my recipe of falafel.
2) One can add little water for desired consistency.
