Serves: 2 People
3-4 Eggs (90% boiled)(cooked for 15-17 min)(cut it into 2)
5-6 Tbsp curry paste/gravy masala
2-3 Tsp Kala masala
2-3 tsp red chili powder
1 Tsp garam masala
salt for taste
1 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup water
In kadhai, heat oil on medium low heat and add grounded masala and cook till oil separates from sides. Now add kala masala mix well and add water stirring continuously. Now let it cook for a while and add boiled eggs, add salt. and cook on medium low heat till oil comes on surface and curry thickens a bit. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with chapati, bajara roti, rice and enjoy! 🙂
1)Eggs should not be hard boiled, as we also cook it in gravy for a while.
2) Add little salt when you boil the eggs, it tastes good.
3)I like curry little spicy, but one can change the amount if they wish.
