Serves: 2-3 Peoples
2 Cups of spinach(washed and chopped)
1/3 cup dill leaves/Shepu(washed and chopped)
3 garlic cloves
1 Tsp red chili powder/ 1-2 green chilies (depending on your taste)
3-4 Tbsp peanut powder
1 1/2 cup water
salt for taste
1 1/2 tsp oil
In a pan heat oil on medium low heat, add crushed garlic, cumin seeds ans saute till garlic leaves its raw smell.
Now add red chili powder, chopped vegetables and mix well. cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, Now add water. Put gas on medium flame and cook till water starts to boil. Now add peanut powder, salt. lower the heat and let it cook till oil floats on the surface. Serve with roti, chapati, bajara roti or rice.
