These egg less chocolate cupcakes are so soft, spongy and melt in mouth.

1 12 cups flour
1/2-3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
13 cup cocoa powder
6 Tbsp – 12 cup melted butter/oil
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven at 350 F.
Mix all dry ingredients first. Mix oil and Milk together, mix vanilla extract. Now add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix  gently until mixture becomes moist and well blended. Pour the mixture into cupcake/muffin cups and fill it till 2/3. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Frost with your favorite icing.
