These pan roasted sweet potato chips is my favorite dish for fasting, its easy to make and also healthier than sabudana/sago.

Ingredients:
2 Sweet potato/Ratale
1 Tsp clarified butter/ desi ghee
1 Tsp jaggery powder/sugar(one can add more if wishes more sweet)
1/4 Tsp green cardamom powder(optional)

Method:
wash and peel the potato skin. Make medium size  round slices using slicer/knife. In a pan add ghee, warm it. now place all the slices. Put heat on medium to high and cook till pototo slices gets golden/golden brown spots. Change the sides and repeat the same. Now add jaggery powder and mix well. Cook for another 2 minute on low heat. Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve hot/ cold.
