Mahashivratri, is just tomorrow. Mahashivratri, known as(The night of shiva) is a Hindu festival which is celebrated annually in reverance of lord shiva. On this glorious day devotees glorify, honor and worship the lord Shiva with rituals throughout night. The festival is principally celebrated by offerings of Bael leaves to Shiva and  all-day fasting.
It is a whole day whole night fasting, my mom makes so many things for faral like, sabudana khichadi , sabudana vada, bhagar, shengdanyache batt. One of the most my favourite thing of this day is, we get fresh peanuts in this days in India, so we we will roast or boil those peanuts and we enjoy.
we get bored of eating sabudana khichadi every time for fast, so I thought of making these dosas for a change.

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup sawa rice/bhagar/vrat ke chawal
2 Tbsp sago/sabudana
2-3 Tbsp coarsely grinded roasted peanuts/roasted peanut powder
2 green chilies(depending on spiciness)
1 Tbsp yogurt/dahi
1/4 Tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1-2 Tbsp chopped coriander
salt as per taste

Method:
Soak sawa rice and sago together for 3-4 hours in enough water. Drain the water completely and transfer it to mixer grinder, add remaining ingredients except oil. blend it to a fine paste(add 1-2 Tbsp water if needed). Transfer it to bowl.
Now heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Grease with oil,  add a spoon full of batter on the heated pan and spread it evenly and little thin into circular motion. Now cover it with the lid for 1 minutes then change the side. Add few drops of oil on the sides of it and cook it till it becomes nice golden in color. Flip it back and cook for another 1 minute and serve hot with curd chutney or with plain yogurt.
