Hi all , been away for a while for my exams. But now it’s my free time and I’m coming with some fresh, new recipes.
Today’s dish is one of my favorite. Many of us doesn’t like the taste of salmon but today’s preparation is definitely can make you in love with salmon.

Ingredients:
2 palm size fillets of salmon( I had bone in pieces)
1/2 cup parsely
1-2 garlic cloves
1/4 inch ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric(Optional)
1/8 Tsp asefoetida/hing
2 Tsp lemon juice
salt for taste
1/2-1 Tsp black pepper powder(or green chili)
1-2 Tsp oil

Method:
In mixer grinder, take all the ingredients except oil. Make fine paste with few drops of water(if only needed).  Wash the fish and marinate for 1 hour or more with prepared paste. In a pan take some oil and shallow fry/grill fish till it’s completely done. Serve with hot plain quinoa and enjoy!

Tips:
1)Bone in pieces tastes much better than fillets.
2) The long you marinate, the more it will taste better.
