This dish perfect for those fasting people who got bored eating sabudana dishes like, sabudana vada, khichadi. In this dish we are using Rajgira/Amarnath flour which is gluten free. This halwa is a best option for breakfast too. I have also shared a tip to make it vegan.

3/4 Cup rajgira flour
3-5 Tbsp clarified butter/desi ghee
2- 2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 Cup hot milk or
1/2 Cup water and 1/2 cup milk(Hot)
1/2 Tsp green cardamom powder
1-2 Tbsp dry fruits

In pan heat ghee, add amarnath flour. and rost till it becomes pink or little golden. Now add hot milk while stirring continuously. Mix well to make it lump free. Add sugar, dry fruits and cardamom powder, Mix well. cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes serve hot.

1) To make it dairy free and vegan, use only water Or use coconut milk.
2) One can add banana or dates puree instead of sugar.
