Suka/Sukha means dry and this dish cooked in spices till it becomes dry. This dish is one of the part of malvani non-veg thali. Flavorful and tasty.

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg/ 1.10 lb chicken
4 Garlic cloves
3/4 inch ginger
2 Tsp Malvani masala
1 Tsp red chili powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
Pinch of asefoetida/Hing
salt around 1 Tsp or as per taste
Green Masala:
2-3 Green chilies
1/3 Cup grated fresh coconut/dry coconut(if using dry coconut, dry roast iy for a while)
3-4 Tbsp coriander leaves
water to make fine paste
Curry:
1/3 onion sliced
2 bay leaf
2 Tbsp oil

Method:
Make ginger garlic paste.Wash Chicken, drain water. In a bowl Transfer chicken, add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and all the remaining ingredient which is mentioned in the marination. Marinate for 30 minutes- 1 hour.
Make fine paste using all the ingredients mentioned in green masala.
In a kadhai/pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add sliced onion and saute till it becomes pink. Add grounded green masala, saute for 10-2 minutes. Now add marinated chicken and saute for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook till completely done. Remove the lid and let it cook till the water evaporates and gravy becomes thick/ dry. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with rice, Kombadi vade, malvani chicken rassa, solkadhi or serve as a side dish.
