I had some extra kairi panha so I thought making jello of it. These jello shots are perfect for any party and get-together.

1/2 cup kairi panha
1/2 up water
1/2 Tsp agar agar powder
1- 1/2 Tsp sugar
1/4 tsp coriander cumin powder
3-4 randomly chopped mint leaves
1-2 pinch of yellow color

In a thick bottomed mix cold water and agar agar powder, mix well. Now turn the heat on medium and stir continuously to dissolve the agar agar powder. Turn the heat medium to high and stir continuously till the mixture  becomes transparent. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat, add sugar, food color, coriander cumin powder.  Give it a good stir and add kairi panha. Check for the taste, if required add  more sugar and another ingredients. add mint leaves give it a stir, now let it boil for 3o seconds on high heat. Pour the mixture into shots glasses or any mold you like. let it set for 1-2 minutes. Using straw or the back of spoon press the mint leaves at the bottom as they float on surface. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set it completely. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.

1) We already have spices and sugar in kairi panha. But to enhance the taste of jello’s, we are adding more sugar and spices.
