There is also a small Lord Ganesha temple with some sculpture besides it which is also very soothing with the sound of water. The Ganesha temple has a pond around it, which they have colorful fish and it attracts the children most.

This place has a small cafe “Anjaneya’s World Cafe”(time:9 to 10 am and then 1 to 6 pm), to the right as you get down the temple steps. Their House made masala Chai is very flavorful & refreshing. to refresh yourself.

Mount Madonna Center is also home to a retreat and conference center hosting programs in yoga, spiritual development, and wellness, as well as personal retreats and daily yoga classes.

We visited this place last year. But we really loved the peaceful environment there and went again on last weekend. It is really a great place if you want serene, peaceful gateway. The drive from Gilroy is pretty fun with curvy road 😛 The temple is so beautiful and gives you very nice and devotional feeling, But make sure to make reservations if you are planning to visit temple on Saturday. I would remind u to wear layered clothing and socks if u r going in the evening hours or in winters, because it’s too cold and was freezing.
