Oats Quinoa savory pancakes/Oats Quinoa dosa

My favorite dish for breakfast which is easy to cook, less time consuming and also healthy!

Ingredients:
3/4th Cup Oats
1/4th Cup Quinoa
2-3 Green chilies/ Garlic chutney as per taste
1/2 Tsp Urad daal
1/4th cup Yogurt/Curd
1/2th Tsp Cumin
1 clove garlic
1/8th Tsp Fenugreek seeds
2 Tbsp green chopped coriander

Method:
In a mixer jar, take all ingredients together and blend it together. Transfer it to a bowl, Add some water to get medium thin consistency or pour-able and spreading consistency. Meanwhile heat an iron pan/nonstick pan, Add 2-3 drops of oil and rub it on pan using half of onion. Pour ladle full or 1/3rd cup of batter in the center of pan. Using ladle or spoon, quickly spread it evenly in circular manner to get a thin/thick and round dosa.
drizzle few drops of oil on sides of dosa and allow it to cook on medium heat foe 40 sec to to one minute. flip it and allow it to cook completely or you till you see some brown spots at bottom.
Serve with ketchup/coconut peanut chutney or curd and start your day with healthy meal!

Tips:
1)One can grind Oats, Urad dal, Fenugreek seeds, Cumin and Quinoa together  in advance to make powder and to save time.
2) To make batter simply add other ingredients with Garlic chutney or chopped green chilies and mix together to get lump free batter.
